Mountain Marathon Navigation day

A training day in the Pentland hills, exploring navigation techniques while running fast over varied terrain. After setting a good grounding, we searched for various points in cols, on summits, on burns and tricky re-entrants. The weather was kind which also rewarded our effort with some fine views.
