Above Glen Roy, Aug'10

4 Corbetts above the famed 'Parallel Roads' in Glen Roy was today's objective and upon arriving at the start point I felt like turning back home due to the horrendous rain lashing on the car roof. But mutt and me persisted in rain, bagging the first Corbett Beinn Iaruinn in a thick pea-souper. The remaining 3 Corbetts are all called Carn Dearg (meaning red cairn) - what imaginative guys named these ? Rain stopped, cloud magically lifted and we enjoyed a fabulous run along the broad grassy crests, tho as you can see from the photo, it was just a tad windy !
